We are pleased to welcome our newest associate, William G. McGuinn. After graduating from the University of Connecticut, Bill obtained his legal education at the Quinnipiac University School of Law where his achievements earned him a Quinnipiac University School of Law Merit Scholarship. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Floyd G. Cottrell, Bill was a law clerk to the Honorable Philip H. Mizzone, Jr., J.S.C., of the Passaic County Superior Court. Bill is also a certified mediator for the State of New Jersey and has conducted numerous mediation sessions for claims on the Superior Court’s docket.
