Floyd G. Cottrell has been selected as a 2008 New Jersey “Super Lawyer” by New Jersey Monthly magazine. This constitutes his 3rd consecutive selection.

Floyd G. Cottrell and Kalliopi (“Popi”) Kousis will be attending the Defense Research Institute Trucking Law seminar April 17-18, 2008 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Patrick W. Kenney was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in a ceremony held in Albany, New York on January 30, 2008. Mr. Kenney will be attending the Trucking Industry Defense Association (“TIDA”) Skills course in Omaha, NE on May 7-8-9, 2008.
