After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Political Science, Bill McGuinn obtained his legal education at the Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he completed a joint JD/MBA program. While attending law school, Bill was exposed to a variety of legal issues by virtue of his internships with several firms in Connecticut. In addition, he was a member of both the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Irish Law Society. Upon graduation, his legal education continued through a clerkship with the Honorable Judge Philip H. Mizzone, Jr. in the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Passaic County (Paterson, New Jersey). Bill is also a certified mediator for the State of New Jersey and has conducted numerous mediation sessions for claims on the Superior Court’s docket.
