David A. Semple, Esq., comes to the firm from Kent & McBride, P.C., where he practiced for almost nine years. His significant experience includes a wide array of insurance defense matters, including motor vehicle, PIP, premises liability, products liability, hospitality law, employment law and construction site accidents. Mr. Semple graduated from the University of Maryland in 1992. During his time at Maryland, Mr. Semple interned for The Washington D.C. Public Defender Service and The Honorable David Gray Ross of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Maryland. In 1993, he began his law studies at Seton Hall University School of Law, and in 1994-1995, interned for The Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Mr. Semple received his J.D. in 1996, and was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and the United States District Court in January 1997. He was then admitted to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in November, 2001.
